I need a female buddy to share me the journey.

Hi everyone,
I'm a female 5' 7" , 36 years, married with 3 kids. I have lost about 60 pounds so far in about a year and looking forward to lose the last 16 to reach my ultimate goal of 150 ( HW : 228.5, CW : 166 ).

I tried several diets from low carb to counting my calories and also tried several workout programs during the past year and now I'm doing Turbo fire and Brazil butt lift.

I'm going to stick to counting my calories during the next 3 month with working out 5-6 times a week , so I need a female buddy to share me the last stage of the journey where we can chat daily, or even call by phone to see how are things going with both of us, motivate and support each other.

    Thank you ladies for the great support. Today when I was browsing my FB page I got an idea, why don't we have our own page at FB where we can chat daily, exchange experience , share recipes and workout plans, ect.

    Starting this Tuesday ( 1st May ) I'm going to start counting my calories effectively and do my workouts everyday...I will write my weight ad measurements to see my progress after 2 or 3 moth when I reach my goal weight.

    BTW, I will name the group " MY fitness pal girls" if you are interested please send me a message has your name at FB and I will add you to the group.. so excited to start this new experience with all of you...
