Just Started MyFitnessPal looking for Motivators

I just started MFP today, I have tried this app before and it did help me lose quite a bit of weight but I didn't stay consistent. I am actually 10 lbs heavier than I was the last time I had this mobile app. I want to lose weight to be a healthier me, I am overweight my BMI is calculated to be 28.9 and I want to bring it down into the normal range. I am self conscious about my body, and I know that part of me wants to feel and look better on the inside as well as the outside but overall my goal is to be a HEALTHIER me. I am a 21 year old college student I came into college 25+ lighter than I am now, ending my junior year. I want to lose that 25, and maybe a little more once I reach my goal. My short term goals are in increments of 5lbs. I currently weigh 195 lbs and I am 5'9. If anyone wants to be MFP buddies or part of a support system please inbox me!

    Feel free to add. three weeks in 13lbs lighter and a whole hell of a lot fitter
