well my goal was to get to 9 stone for my holiday but only managed 9 stone 3 and I go on Sunday, hoping to maybe lose another pound by then. Kind of disheartened cause I have been at it for 11 weeks now and only lost 13 pounds.
so worried i put it all back on when I am away, after all the hard work, will try and make healthy decisions but not always easy when away plus the alcohol calories are horrific!

You've lost more than a pound a week? Why is that "only 13 pounds"??? You should be pleased with all your hard work!!! You've made it - you just don't recognize it. You're DOWN 13 pounds, not up 13 pounds!
Now, your goal should be not to gain more than 1-2 pounds while on holiday. You can enjoy yourself while still making healthy choices, even if that includes a few drinks.
