from today im starting ripped in 30 jillian micheals and running everyday for 30 mins ...
this challenge will end on 27th may....lets all be sexy for the summers whose in
i just did my day1 week 1 of ripped in 30...
and the diet i will follow is incorporating alot of green smoothies and vegetables and fruits...
my starting weight is 125 pounds
goal weight anything under 120
