Water Jogging/Pool Exercises

I did about 25 minutes of water jogging in the pool yesterday, and MFP calculates the calories burned as 270. That seems kind of high -- can anyone confirm? It felt pretty effortless, and I didn't feel like my heart rate was up very much, but today I do feel tightness in my calf muscles. Also, does anyone have any suggestions for other pool exercises I can do for toning? Thanks!

MFP is pretty good at OVERestimating the amount of calories burned during excercise, thats why I dont log my workouts as long as your giving it your all in the gym and keeping your nutrition in check youll be successful0
