    It is very sad! I just don't understand why people do these things to themselves!! Are we so far away from the people we wnat to be or the divine that we feel the need to starve ourselves to get it back?
    And how could they or their friends and family not notice that they were starving to death!?

    How does one physically do this. I would think the pain of everything shutting down would be maddening!
