MFP Settings Question

I keep going back and forth on this one. I'm in IT and spend a good part of my day behind a desk. I do get up and walk around, I ALWAYs take the stairs (work on 3rd floor) When I am home I NEVER sit down. I have 2 young sons and I am playing/doing things with them, household chores, mowing lawn, etc. So what setting to I choose?
Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. nurse, salesman)

i’d go for lightly active, as yo probably do as much out of work running your household than someone with a lightly active job xx0

I think lightly active sounds right for you.
And- if you don't lose any weight in 2 weeks, switch it back to sedentary.0
