Hi Im upping my calories on good advise as I was net calories average 620 a day.
My weightloss is slow to 0 and I felt ill, since Tuesday I have upped them but my head isnt happy with this as 22 years of weightloss has said LOW CALORIES

Would anyone mind answering this

Whats your start weight
Goal weight
Age and height
Exercise
Do you eat BMR under
Do you eat BMR over
Do you eat by TDEE -15 to -20%
How much are you losing weekly etc
Did you start at lower calories

I stated on 1310 as MFP said but didnt realise I should be netting near my BMR

Many Thanks

Whats your start weight ----> mine was 162.8 lbs *my weight right now is 152.4 today!
    Goal weight ----> 130-135 lbs
Age and height ----> age 31 and 5'6"
Exercise ---> i excercise with p90x 5-6 days a week and treadmill on sunday
Do you eat BMR under---> my bmr 1494 but with excercise like this i am supposed to net 1850
Do you eat BMR over----> for the past week i have been netting 1500 calories and this has helped, i started to lose weight again
Do you eat by TDEE -15 to -20%---> my TDEE is 2566 and i eat 1500 calories for a 2 lb loss a week
How much are you losing weekly etc---> i am avering 1.5 to 2.0 lbs loss per week
Did you start at lower calories ---> I started with the 1200 calories like mfp told me too, lost a couple lbs, then plateaued for like a month, i was frustrated and asked advise, people recommended i up my calories and i have lost 5 lbs in the last 2-3 weeks. so yes upping your calories will help because your body needs the fuel to motivate your metabolism to lose weight. Hope this was helpful and good luck on your journey!
