Anyone here doing Power 90? How are you entering those workouts into your exercise log.

My DH and I bought the DVDs 5 years ago. I dusted them off tonight and started with Cardio 1-2.

I have a heart rate monitor so I'm probably not much help... I log them in under strength training and aerobics, low impact. I haven't had an uninterrupted Cardio workout with it yet (Thanks to my 3yo) so I have no idea how much one session burns for me.

Each person is going to be different.

But I use a HRM to calculate my calories and just enter it in the exercise.

Enjoy the DVD, Tony does kick some butt.

    Thanks folks.

Where is a good place to find a HRM?

I found mine on Amazon for ~$30. It's not top of the line by any means but it gets the job done. I have a RBK precision Trainer XT (http://www.amazon.com/Reebok-Precision-Trainer-XT-Monitor/dp/B0012RMZ6C ~though I see it's unavailable right now :ohwell: ).

If you do a search on Amazon you will find a few to choose from. I would recommend one with a chest strap as they seem to be more accurate.
