Meal Replacements

I have been thinking about this lately, and the "How Do I Get to 1200 Calories" thread made me want to post this.
For those of you using 'meal replacements,' like Shakeology, Herbalife (I think that's one of them?), Body by Vi (hell, I don't know the names) and are trying to lose weight, do you plan on continuing to use these once you reach your goals? I'm just curious as to what will happen when you start eating food and stop drinking the replacements. Has anyone had experience with that?
