Orange Theory Challenge: here I come :)

Hi everyone,

This looks like a great little tribe :) Yesterday I started a 6 weeks fitness challenge with Orange Theory, and MFP was recommended as the best online diary for tracking meals. Hence I joined. I am coming from relatively clean food habits - an occasional french fries side and a cookie. Most of of what I eat is organic and gluten free: trying to stick to the 80%-20% rule. I have not worked out for a bit and this 1hour interval training is kicking my butt lol Regardless: my goal is to workout at least 4 times a week, and keeping the food log will help me gauge input-output quality. I want to prove that at 45 I can reverse a tedious setback in fitness health, and keep it for as long as I stick with that lifestyle.
