So since I was being a lazy *kitten* I figured that getting a job at a barn would be perfect.
Its 3 days a week 7-8 hours just go go go. 28 stalls, probably 50 horses.
turn out and in for all 28, plus feeding and cleaning stalls, bringing in hay, etc.
I added it to the app for cardio and I Googleed a bit and it says stalls are about 600 calories an hour
So I burn like 4000 calories a day at work. No breaks for lunch. What should I be eating and is only
doing the barn work enough, should I be working out in the week as well?

Have you thought about using an HRM to get an accurate count of calories burned? I haven't gotten one yet, but it's on the agenda. As far as what to eat and additional workouts, I'm not sure. I know, not much help, but I think taking this job was smart...getting paid to workout!0
