It's Not Much, but It's Something! (Pics)

I joined MyFitnessPal six weeks ago to get rid of my "beer belly" for an upcoming trip to the beach (I've never been to a beach before...) and to improve my health. I have high cholesterol and have a family risk of health problems associated with poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle.

I take my photo once a week to document my progress. Since joining MyFitnessPal and exercising five times per week, I have much more stamina and feel much better. I haven't had a soda in weeks, and the thought of fast food makes me nauseous.

BEFORE: Week 1

It's not much, but it's something! I still have a ways to go, and I've got until July 26th until the big beach trip. Wish me luck! Feel free to contact me if you need advice, suggestions, or a bit of motivation. (:

    Way to go! I can see a difference in your stomach area :) I'd love to see a side pic because I know it would be amazing too! You'll be a beach babe in no time! Keep up the good work you're doing! You can do it! :)

    Thank you so much for your kind words! I didn't take a side photo when I began, but I'm going to start taking them next week. (: I'll post another update in a few weeks!
