Homemade Vanilla Creamer for Coffee
Hey everyone! I stumbled on this recipe on the net when I was searching for ways to give up my highly preserved International Delight French Vanilla Creamer.
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/4 cup Skim Milk
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix the ingredients in a magic bullet, or with a hand mixer.
Keep refrigerated (remember, there's no preservatives in it). Lasts for 2 weeks!!!
Its still packs a whopping 36.4 cal / TBSP, but its natural products. I broke down the nutritional value for everyone.
NOTE: If you want to lower the Sugar, Sodium and Colesterol contents - use the low fat condensed milk instead. But at these values - as long as its used in moderation - are fine.
