quick query on protein

Okay just wanted to ask you clever people a quick question, when setting my protein daily setting I was reading that it should be my target body weight so I want to be around 11st (154lbs) that means I should be eating 154grams of protein a day, does this seem about right? my MFP is set to 68 just seems like a huge jump
I always seem to go over my pre-set protein allowance & just wandered if i should cut back or up my setting?
I would like to point out I ndon't go over my calorie, fat or carbs its just my protein, I eat tuna steak's, lean chicken turkey, lean red meats, eggs/egg whites etc
I strength train 4x a week and do cardio 6 x but my job is a house wife/mother with two under fives so I'm fairly busy during the day but not hard core active if you know what I mean.
