Hi there,
I have an issue that I hope you can assist with. I’m aiming to increase my calcium intake and milk has high sugar content (11g/cup), so I need to find low sugar alternates. Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated!
I’m new to MFP so I apologize if I’m repeating a request for older information.
Thanks,
Andrea
EDIT: Should be high CALCIUM

hard grating parmesan: 30% calcium, <1g sugar. Just the one I use but many cheeses may be similar, not sure, most of the lactose should be used up in the process of becoming cheese. Plain yogurt should be slightly less than milk as well.
Veggies, you can search to find the ones with the most, but the greens are a good starting point.0 -
Thanks for the tip. I'll check it out.0

I normally drink the light plain silk soy milk which I think is 50% the recommended calcium and snack on things like string cheese and greek yogurt. I'm usually way over on my calcium at the end of the day0
