salad/pasta dressing

Please,
anyone got any ideas for a low cal dressing, am managing to cut my carbs but wont be able to keep it up much longer without a tasty dressing for salad, bought a salad meal deal for lunch honey and mustard chicken pasta, it was yuk, to much mustard newly blew my head off and 485 cal, sure there must be a tastier, healthier altrnative so thanks in advance

I get Fit & Active dressings at Aldi- Italian, Ranch and Caesar. A lot better stats than the regular dressings. Only $.99 each too!
