Exercising after c-section and pain

I'm 15 weeks post partum (had a repeat c-section) and I have been more actively exercising for the last two weeks. I'm noticing I'm starting to have kind of a pulling achyness in my lower abdomen near where my incision was. Are there any other women on here who have had c-sections that have the same issue? I'm just worried about injury and want to see if it's just a common ache. Most of the exercising I do is walking, a little bit of tae bo, and dance aerobics (I use my abdominal muscles more with the dancing).
Thanks!
Thanks!

I've had 2 csections and I got that even up to about 5 months later. Every time I talked to the doctor, they assured me it was normal to still feel achy; it's still a major surgery. If I felt that way, I would just ease up a few days and be fine. I'm 8 months after #2 and now I don't have the same problem anymore.0
