Great souce for recipes

A couple of months ago I purchased the American Heart Association' new cookbook and have been enjoying putting together some of the recipes. I've had to buy a few ingredients we didn't normally have on hand, but if you enjoy cooking, that's all part of the adventure. The recipes are heart healthy so they are good for you not only from a caloric standpoint, but also with a view of types of fats and keeping sodium levels down. After all, I'm sure that watching calories isn't the only thing we're trying to do with our diets. One feature I really like is the nutritiional information that goes with each recipe so that if that particualy dish isn't in the MFP database, it's easy to add. Anyway, I do recommend this resource.
