    Good guess! I'm 167 actually. Mainly because I run A LOT (training for half-marathon now) so a little on the skinny side.

    Dang. Way off. And I read yoru success story. I thought you were cutting down to under 170.

    I am holding my weight super fine and was leaner at 185 than I ever was at 175...So Layne has me going back up to 195-200 (morning /midday) and then getting ready to come in super shredded in the low-mid 170's.

    It will be quite nasty, in a good way. The wife prefers me at 185-190 range...

    i looked, and there doesn't seem to be any nutrition information for "words" in the MFP database

    How many calories do words contain? Are they high in protein? Does it matter what the word means or what language it's in? Does "blubber" have a higher fat content than "fluff".

    These are the things that keep me up at night.
