I did not see in what context the abbreviation was used, but wikipedia says "Old Age Pensioner" ??

If your referring to the iPhone app, Couch to 5K, its meant to guide you from not being able to run at all to being able to run 5k.
I have used it but because I wasn't at the "couch" stage i did my own regime.

Basically, its a 30 minute workout three times a week. 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cooldown then 20 minutes of jogging/walking in the middle (times depend on the day your on) week 1 is 5 min WU, 60 second jog, 90 second walking, 5 minute CD.

If you stick to it, it builds up the leg muscles, I didn't but like i said made a similar workout to this and last weekend I ran 6K!!

Its free so worth a look!
    Good Luck

yes, the context it was used in would be helpful to decipher...I have not seen a reference made with C25K and OAP together..

"Well here I am, slumped in the chair. My face is beetroot red, my hair is matted to my head with sweat, my legs are quivering like jelly and there's a river running down my back.......but....... I DID IT!!!!!! I completed week one, day one of C25K burning a whopping 425 calories into the bargain. Note to self - wear different bra next time to stop those boobies swinging around so much -especially in the morning when all the OAP's are out walking their dogs where I'm attempting to run."

I asked the question in the thread.
    But no one answered it?

I think maybe they meant "old age pensioners". Perhaps they were being ogled by old men???

OAP-other(or maybe older) active people? That's just a guess on my part.
