15 min or cardio?

I have been eating the low-cal low-fat recipes that fit into my wife's diet plan for a while now. Still, it was only last week that i truly started to follow a plan to really be supportive and attempt to lose the gut. One of the more simple and easy to follow steps it to make sure that i drink 8 glasses of water. I have found a way that works for me, with a large water bottle sitting on my desk as i work. The only problem is, i think i spend more time running to the bathroom than i do working from my desk.

Can i count my multiple trips down the hall to the bathroom as well as the squirming in my chair to buy myself another 5 min as 15 min of walking or "chair-dancing" for the day? Just a thought. :blushing:
