Very Stressful Job

Hey my fellow MFP peps! A bit of a pointless post but here it goes!

I love my job, I work with autistic twins one on one in a mainstream school, but my gosh its hard work! When i leave i feel exhausted and on the bad days (which happen at least once a week) I find I get very down and generally pretty rubbish.

But heres the thing, the gym (which at one point I couldn't imagine going to after a day of work) has become much more of a stress release for me!! Last week I had probably the most awful day at work and was very reluctant to go to the gym afterwards but I pushed my self into going and then when I looked at the clock i realised I had been there for over three hours and feeling amazing, like I had taken the world of my shoulders! I was smiling and bubbly and ready to start another day!! Where did this massive burst of energy come from!!!

I won't lie not all days are like this but it was definately the motivation i needed to go the next night! I don't no how others feel but I could do with a few more tips which would make it easier on the days where I really can't focus!!!
