I just joined

I have a lot of my mind but in a nutshell...

I'm extremely overweight.

My SW is 245

I am trying to lose 80lbs.

Please add me... as I do need the most support I possible can have :)

    I'm right there with you. 240, lost 5 so far.. hard :( But needs to happen. I want to lose 90, but I'm setting a goal of 50 for now.

    Hopefully we can all continue to motivate one another. I'm excited about this change.

    I need to be the size I was when I was in high shool. I can't wait for that transition :bigsmile:
