Hello, figured I would sort of introduce myself. I have been battling with my weight for awhile now. The thing is, I knew what to do to fix it.. but instead I would gorge myself with food till I felt overly full and miserable. Telling myself why do this an give up over eating all the food I want. Well finally enough was enough. I didn't want to feel run down and heavy all the time. So I fixed my diet and stopped overeating. I only eat what I need and the weight has started falling off. It has been a little over a month and I have already lost 10 pounds! I feel better and my body looks better and I am stronger from my work outs and I only work out about 28 minutes a day. I have gone down to every other day now to give myself a little rest I feel good again! I'm happy! I have a 10 more pounds to lose to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I know now that I will get to that goal! :)
