Newbie Here :)

Hello Everyone,

My name is Marie and I am looking to lose a few pounds and tone my body up. I have went in and out of different diets for a while and now im ready to find one that i can stick with. My family has a big trip to the carribean in a few months so im hoping i can get a nice beach body by then. My biggest problem will be my midsection im hoping to loose this belly fat and these stubborn lovehandles that i have.

After months of hearing about this website and a few weeks of lurking. I have decided to begin my weight loss journey starting MAY 8th 2012. I have created my profile and recieved my max amount of calories i should consume based on my information i provided. Now im here to search for recipes, gain more knowledge and hopefully find some new fitness pals while in the process :).

Question: I have a major problem with breakfast eating,I never feel up to it to eat in the mornings. I have heard about some yummy fruit smoothies that could be made in the mornings with whey protein powder. Could I drink that to replace a light breakfast?
