Freebie Foods

Does anyone else consider certain foods "freebies"? Not that I eat them by the pound, but if I'm hungry and over my limit I will eat celery, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli or tomatoes and pretty much not worry about the extra cals (although admittedly they are low cal foods anyway). Anyone else?

I log it all. Excess calories are excess calories, whether it comes from broccoli or a hamburger. I always tried to keep an accurate log of what I ate, that way if what I was doing stopped working I could go back in my diary and see why. If you count this and that all as "freebies" you don't have that luxury.0
