I need some help!

Ok, so I have been losing weight for about 2 months now, but I know that I'm not eating enough. My problem is I don't know WHAT to eat or even how much I should eat. I have to be in a wedding at the end of July so I really want to lose weight. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week with cardio everyday and weight lifting 3x a week. I weigh 176 and im 5' 5"...Help me, pretty please?

    2 cups fresh and 1 cup frozen Veggies, 3-4 oz low fat meats and fish. 1 cup low fat milk, 1 oz of cheese, 4 oz low fat yogurt. Low calorie Whole grain breads, 1/2 cup of rice, 4 oz potato, 1/4 cup of corn. Handful of nuts or 1 tbs nut butter. Mix and match at least 3 times a day.
    Snack on Low fat popcorn, hummus, little but of fruit or some other snack that fits into your day.
    Get a food scale, it really helps keep you honest.
