Is anyone following the Herbalife plan? If so how are you doing? Have you lost much weight/body fat?

I used it, pretty much followed it to a T and lost 29 lbs...got off of it and gained all but 3 lbs back. I didn't want to make it a lifestyle. I probably wouldve stayed on a shake a day, if it wouldnt have been for the people I originally bought it from wouldnt have been harrassing me about not buying enough product, so I informed them its cheaper on ebay. Numerous phone calls and harrassing text messages later I got them to leave me alone...yeah...good sales tactic... I do think the product is good...but you gotta learn to incorperate it in with your lifestyle, eating healthy...ect...otherwise a person might end up gaining it back. Currently I use some herbalife and body by vi and am eating pretty decent other meals. For myself, I just gotta learn to eat right, and supplament with those shakes.
BTW...if you order herbalife off of ebay its 102 for 4 cans.(4 months of 2 shakes a day).thats with shipping and handling. To buy from a dealer, its gonna be about twice that, and depends on the person how much they charge for "handling" I found out the person I bought from charged me 9 dollars for shipping a can and 4 bottles of pills...plus 18% for their handling...yeah...I got ripped off. Sad to say, it was by a relative0 -
I use to use it 2 times a day, but now I just use it when I'm too lazy to cook. I exercise as well but I'm pretty sure a friend of mine doesn't and she lost 7 kgs around 15 pounds in 6 weeks and she's seen a marked improvement on her health.
The shakes are tasty but not a big fan of how thick the protein powder makes the shake. I think you can start off with herbalife and then slowly cut back as to avoid gaining the weight back.
Oh and ps the shakes did keep me full0 -
My husband and I both are. We began it on March 11th. I've lost 28 lbs. (I have A LOT more to go!!!) and he has lost 41 lbs. I have many health issues and the supplements, shakes, etc. have made me feel better than I have in years. A childhood friend was posting about it on Facebook so I got in touch with her and we ordered. We were ordering quite a bit so become "distributors" ourselves just so we could get the discount. We aren't selling it to anyone - just taking advantage of the discount. Several of our co-workers are looking into it now. We drink the shakes twice a day, have several snacks throughout the day and a healthy dinner. It's not for everyone but like I said ... best I've felt in years!0

I'm using Herbalife and I love it. It gives me energy and I'm losing weight/getting healthy at the same time. I started on January 2nd and as of last Monday, I have lost 55lbs. I will weigh in tomorrow again and I know the scale will have gone down! My daughter started using Herbalife in October and wasn't really serious about using it twice a day, sticking to lo cal foods, etc. and she's lost 67 pounds. The shakes keep me full and there is such a variety of flavors, I don't get bored. We've actually started trying new ways to prepare vegetables the previously we would have turned away from. Good luck on your journey!0

It's a diet. Any diet one follows will work. That catch is that if you will do that diet the rest of your life. If not, then chances are weight will return.

I use it as a tool. I do one shake a day and then 2 "smart" meals and my healthy snacks! I love them and I can see myself using for a lifetime. I also "sell" the products but at cost I'm in it to help others not make money.0

I did the same as you, sold it to get the discount and sold it to my friends at cost.. Then I found it on ebay even cheaper..the seller must be a person who is higher up in the pyramid, so they can sell it for less. I do a shake of it for breakfast with yogurt in it,once I'm out, I'm done with it though. Gonna do a protein shake with yogurt, or oatmeal for awhile, I just cant keep having the same thing over and over again. Wish I could, would make breakfast a lil easier0

None of that stuff does anything permanently but separate you from your money.0

I used it 6yrs ago, I was in high school. I just did the shake in the morning and worked out a little, ate whatever I wanted and lost 30lbs. I never gained it back even after I stopped using it. I would walk alot as well as at my job then (I owned a carwash) so that was a.lot of hard work0

I've lost my 53 pounds using it. I stopped taking it after I i dropped my first 30, didn't gain anything back, then started back up again to finish. My mom has lost 88 lbs with it, has stopped taking it since then and hasn't gained anything back, and my dad has lost 40 lbs with it, stopped taking it, and hasn't gained anything back. It's just like anything else, once you stop using it, you can't go back to eating the way you were eating before, you have to still make smart choices with your food0
