ARCTIC ZONE

I have been hearing alot about Arctic Zone ice cream and finally read up on it. I finally found a few stores around me that carried it (Bel Air, Whole Foods) and decided to try it today. It is absolutely fabulous and puts a smile on my face just like regular old fattening ice cream did. The best part is that 1 whole pint (4 servings) only contains 150 calories (no i did not eat the whole pint), 14 grams of whey protein, 8 grams of fiber, is made with all natural & organic ingredience, NON GMO (just read another article on this here last week) no fat,and 5 grams of sugar per serving. Has anyone else tried this and what have you thought???

Do you have an ice cream maker? I have many recipes for homemade protein ice cream that is delicious0 -
I love arctic zone!!!!!!! I have had the vanilla maple (fav) and chocolate peanut butter. I microwave it or let it sit out until it melts a bit before I eat it....I also mix granola in it and it is fantastic. Not rich and creamy like real ice cream but I still like it.0

Here is where I get all of my ideas

Try using unsweetened original almond milk though. Only 35 calories a cut, and the fat makes it creamy. SO much better than using skim milk
essentially all it is: almond milk +protein powder for the base. Then there are a billion add ins to create
So i can have a whole cup of creamy ice cream for about 145 calories0 -
post those recipes?0

I loved it when I discovered it the other day at Whole Foods! It was fun NOT feeling guilty about eating more than a 1/2 cup serving of a frozen treat... I had the mint chocolate cookie. What other flavors have you all tried??0
