    Terrific achievement - congratulations. I agree with some previous posts, you are young so your skin will have a decent amount of elasticity so I think over time if you do plenty of abdominal crunches and chest presses that much of the loose skin will tighten up and lift. You can see that your arms (which I'm assuming you may have moved more and/or lifted weights with) are now very muscular with no loose skin so there is no reason why you can't experience tightening of the skin elsewhere.
