About 30 day shred...

I am starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone knows how to add it to the exercises category for the day? I tried searching just to figure it out and I'm not having any luck :/ Please if anyone can help it will be much appreciated :) thanks!

    I log it under circuit training.

    Circuit training is one option I used when it did the shred. Something else that works fairly well if you're not super anal about exact calories. If you work the shred as hard as you can, you'll burn about 100 calories every 10 minutes. Subtract a bit if you have to stop and rest, kind of dog it through part, etc.
