pulled buffalo chicken sliders
Options
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx 1 1/2 lbs)
1/4 cup hot wing sauce (I used Frank's)
16 potato rolls (1 1/4 oz each is the size used for nutritional info)
reduced fat blue cheese dressing
coat slow cooker with non-stick spray. place chicken breasts in a single layer. Combine hot sauce with 2/3 cups water and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high for 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred with forks, put back into slow cooker and mix into the sauce.
Serve on potato rolls with 1 tablespoon of the dressing.
add more hot sauce if desired.
