Hi everyone,
I have been on this site 2 days and it has done wonders already, however I think I could do with some friends on here that know what I am going through so as to give encouragement or a wake up call whatever the situation demands
I am an almost 30 year old Irish girl and I really want to fit into a lovely dress for my 30th birthday which is on July 29th so I have just about 3 months to make a big difference and kick start my lifestyle change...
