Hi, I have a sneaking suspicion that I should be eating more. I'm currently exclusively breastfeeding a 5mnth old and have noticed on days that I exercise its hard to eat back the calories. I really don't want to gain weight and have had great success until now.
My weight loss has currently stalled and slightly increased!
Feeling frustrated because I am very diligent, I try hard and like to see results for my effort. Can anyone give me advice on healthy ideas for foods to eat. I have 5 kiddies so they need to be foods I can grab quickly or make up and keep on hand when I am running low.
Also can anyone tell me have they had successful weightloss with eating more and if so when did it start to kick in?????(just so I don't give up too soon!)

I've also recently decided to up my calories from 1200 to 1600 to see how it goes. Been at the same weight for a while now with no loss, and also have been lifting weights heavily for a few months and would like to add muscle. Would love to see what others say!
