lasagne?

is home-made lasagne good or bad or what??

because my mam made some and iv just had a piece for my dinner and im feeling really guilty after the work iv put into today :/

so does anyone know?
just in case anyone asks, all ingredients where from asda and non where the healthier option just the normal stuff and it did have a grated cheese topping

    I would say yes, but I guess it depends on what's in the lazagna. It can get very unhealthy depending on what you put in it.

    wel it was just normal lasange sauce n mince with mushrooms, peppers, onion etc n the sauce the mince goes in which i know arent high in fat or calories so i think its just that white sauce and the cheese that im worried about :/:frown:

    Sean. It's done. Move on. We don't know how much you ate therefore have no idea of calories etc.

    This is a life style change and you're been doing great!

    One meal of lasagne isn't going to ruin everything.

    I"m glad you asked this question I have had it two days this week for dinner. Mine is home made from scratch eventhe sauce. I figure a little won't hurt

    If you made it from scratch, you can calculate the total cals in the whole thing and divide it by servings, giving you the cals! That is what i do, since I make most of my meals fresh~

    If you know the ingredients sparkspeople.com is a good place to enter ingredients and find total calories for a homemade meal.

    I want to do that with severasl meals but I keep leaving the recipie cards at home:happy:
