Hey Fitness pal friends! I want to share my YouTube video with you all about cutting unnecessary calories from your diet. These tips have helped me on my weight loss journey so far!
Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJ9N6zV99RU
1. Don't drink your calories--Water is the way to go, but if you want to switch it up try diet versions of your favorite drinks.
2. Hold the toppings--If you're treating yourself to pizza, don't overdo it by adding bacon, sausage, or toppings that aren't veggies.
3. Be wise about your meals--For example, don't eat just fruit for breakfast because you'll be hungry an hour or so later and you'll have to eat more calories to satisfy yourself
4. Avoid foods labeled "crispy/crunchy" or "creamy"--usually that means the food is either deep fried or filled with FAT
5. Choose lean meat over fatty meats--Opt for chicken and turkey (without the skin) versus red meat, which tends to have more fat, sodium content, and calories.
I hope these help you all! Let's lose this weight together!

I've done all that and more and only started losing after going vegetarian. P.S. I'm menopausal and it's unbelievably difficult to take off weight right now but I'm not giving up!

or
1. Watch the calories from liquid and if thats difficult drink water.
2. Dont eat take-aways but as a minimum, no bread
3. No CAKE or chocolate, etc!
4. Keep the carbs good, veg, rice and pasta, not potato chips etc
5. Don't eat your exercise calories unless you are TOTALLY sure you have not accounted for the exercise calories in your required daily intake0
