walked a little too much today

i thought it would be good idea to walk to my daughter's softball game instead of driving. it took me just under 2 hours to get there, then coached game and walked home again. another 2 hours. that was pretty cool. a lot of philly sidewalks.

    Too bad you don't have a pedometer (I'm assuming you don't) would have been fun to know your step count.

    Yeah, I'm thinking if you had a Fitbit it would be on Cloud 9 right now! :-)

    If your legs are feeling sore, drink lots of extra water. I find that helps the muscles heal more quickly (helps clear the lactic acid more quickly).

    i have been thinking about getting a pedometer. i guess i still exercise and workout without too much monitoring. i just kind of do it to test myself. i walk to gym now and all the semi short trips i take. thank you for the words
