Im 21 about 140, 5'5 trying to get down to 125. I workout about 5 times a week probably more, im new to MFP so not completely sure how it works yet. My calorie goal is set at 1681 but i find this extremely hard to reach adding exercise in because the calories go up. Im done eating for the night and i have only hit a net of 1097. About a month ago i figured out i have been in a calorie deficit for about 3 years.(barely reaching 1,200, without adding calories burned through exercise) Im started to use MFP to make sure this doesn't keep happening. so any support or advice would be greatly appreciated. Im currently doing the Brazilian Butt Lift workout, which gives amazing results for your booty! after i will go into the Insanity workout. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss goals!
