When you cook with butter, do you add that amount when logging your food in, even when most of it is discarded?
I cooked my seafood in butter but strained it.
Same with cooking with wine and spices. Do you log that in, as well?

If the butter doesn't mostly stay in the food, Id probably count just some of it. Same with wine..although you're eating spices you added. They aren't very high calories anyway, generally.0
