Cut out diet

starting today no more chocolate, chips, ice cream. white bread,biscuits, cake, and everything else that is bad and full of sugar. If you want to join in it would be awesome there are already quite a few people that are. The end date will be the 16th june but if you want to go longer and cut it all out for good you can.
Everytime u feel like binging talk to someone, do housework, go for a walk. Do what ever you can to distract yourself from eating that bad food.
