I desperately want to lose 30lbs, though I have the hardest time getting the motivation to do so. Ive downloaded countless workout videos but I end up quitting after 3 days! Last night I got the 30 Day Shred and I *hope* I will be able to stay on this one! My plan is to get my measurements now, then every five days, take new measurements. Maybe if I actually SEE the progress, I will be able to keep on it! Anyways, I would appreciate some much needed support and encouragement!

Take pics!!!!! I see my body completely differently than the photos I take. Every time I take a pic I'm surprised...it's hard to see your own progresses!! Good luck! Definitely stick with it! I love JM videos!!!

Rather than "hoping" you'll stick with it, just say that you will. And there's nothing that can stop you.

Let's say you skip a day, I think that's totally okay. We all need breaks sometimes. So you worked out Monday and Tuesday but then you didn't on Wednesday. No big deal. Just do the workout you were supposed to do on Wednesday on Thursday instead. Problem solved. :)

    Good luck. <3
