Recipe sharing?

Is there a way to share recipes I have entered on MFP with friends also on MFP? I know they can access the nutritional info, but I want to be able to share good, healthy recipes I have found.

    For example, I just searched meatloaf in the database and lots of options came up. But I can't see the ingredients so I don't know which is comparable to mine.....help!
