"helloitsdan plan" where do I get it?

I am just a mess when it comes to tdee, bmr, etc. I don't have a clue when it comes to figuring out that stuff! But I just read a post about someone doing the "helloitsdan plan" and I want to do it! Could someone tell me where to find it?
