Ok so I usually get up first thing in the morning and weigh myself, and im always happy with the number. Then I work out drink water and when I'm done working out I weigh myself again. I'm not expecting the scale to go down but I've been having this problem when I work out or take a single bite of anything I feel like I've just gained 20 lbs. I don't on the scale but I physically feel fatter after working out. Help!!!!!!

I feel the same! At first I thought it was cos I drank so water while working out but then I read muscles retain water for repair after exercise.0

You do weigh more after a workout. It's because as you workout, your muscles "swell" and retain fluid. Try to just stick to the early morning weight check and don't bother doing a post work out one0
