Hi Folks,

THERE'S NO SUCH THING!

I keep seeing forum posts about differrent ways of losing weight or dieting that is easy and quick, including things like SlimFast and others. Remember, you can lose weight on SlimFast, but it doesn't last. It dones't work as a long term solution, and it isn't healthy.

There are many other things, like soup diets, and the Special K Challenge, and all kinds of other silly nonsense "diets".

There is absolutely no substitute for hard work and good nutrition. None. In the long run, you will be happy and more fulfilled if you do it right. Keep you head on straight. If it seems quick and easy, it's not good for you.

    I totally agree with this post! I used to buy into those quick schemes to lose weight and although some of them might have worked initially, as soon as I went off the pill or whatever it was I gained my weight back plus more! Eating right, exercising and lifting weights (yes for women) will do more for you than you ever imagined!!!
  • I agree. fast and easy means it won't last... I tried a shake plan... well I bought a case of the costco shakes and I gained weight! all that sodium made me retain soooo much water!!! :P
