Chicago style pizza

Anyone from the chicagoland area have ideas on how to record thin crust pizza that is cut into squares, rather than triangle slices? I'm specifically looking at Lou Malnati's pizza for tonight. There is some nutritional information on their website: http://www.loumalnatis.com/About/Nutritionals/CheeseThinCrustSmall.aspx however, I'm not sure how to interpret it.

I've always wondered how to record the square pieces that we have around here!
