I'm thinking of buying a kettlebell. I see some of them come with DVDs. Does anyone have a kettlebell workout they like?

I love love love my kettlebell! I bought the Kettleworx dvd set 2 yrs ago when I found it Target on clearance for $18. It came with the 6 dvds and a 20 lb kettlebell.
The cardio dvd has 6 separate 25 min workouts on it, and they are hard, but doable. And I don;t get bored (and I always get bored wih at-home workouts!) When I can't use the 20# bell for some of the exercises, I switch to a 10 lb handweight and it works just fine. The dvds themselves though, are what is great! I feel more toned after doing them, and they burn a ton of calories. I have even continued doing the workout while pregnant, and I'm going strong at 21 weeks!0 -
I, too, am getting a kettlebell soon!

What is the calorie burn like with these kettlebell routines?
I have seen them mentioned a few times recently, but not looked into it.
I need something other than my stationary bike to do at home, as that gets so boring.0 -
I just started Jillian Michaels' Shred it With Weights' this week and I like it. I started with a 5lb. kettlebell, but found that it was too light so upping it to the 10lb. kettlebell.0

I LOVE kettle chips!

What about kettle corn? Sweet, yet salty. Can't get enough of that stuff0

I did some research that said 21 calories burned/minute with kettle bells.0
