Hi yall! I just started this on Thursday. I have 30lbs to lose so I hope yall can help...

  • Thanks! I just started on Thursday and I love it. I have lost a 1lb a day. I think it is because when u know u have to write down what u eat it makes u think twice b4 putting something in ur mouth...Ha!

    It sure does. It's so easy to blindlessly eat without knowing how many cals. Even my large mocha coffee in the morning is over 300! Was a bit of a shock to me actually, also when finding out the calorie content for sirloin steak and lamb chops.
