Losing inches not pounds pic thread!!!

Can anyone post success pics that don't necessarily reflect scale loss, but inches lost!!!! People tell me that I'm shrinking but the scale has stayed the same. I agree with them! I'm wearing smaller clothes! But the scale has only moved like 2lbs. Does anyone have success pics where the scale has relatively stayed the same???

this month of april has been really hard for me
my scale was not moving down i been stuck at 163 for 1 month now but today i lost just one pound:brokenheart: im wearing smaller clothes now and my back looks much better then 4 weeks ago here is my

the scale didnt move untill today but i guess i did loss inches

Great job mynewlife! I like this post because I just posted on my page that I had a NSV that i was able to use the second belt loop. I thought this was pretty good because the scale really isn't budging. I don't' have pictures but it is nice to notice a difference.0

Hey! I have lost more inches than I have pounds... (i think)

Neck:14 - 12.9 (-1.1)
Boobs:39 - 35 (-4)
Under boobs: 35 - 32 (-3)
Waist: 34 - 31 (-3)
Hips: 43 - 40.5 (-2.5)
Bum: 42 - 40 (-2)
Thigh: 24.5 - 23 (-1.5)
Upper Arm: 11.5 - 11 (-0.5)
Loss= 17.6 inches!!
Loss= 13.6 lbs0 -
My inches lost were over 23 in March, pounds was about 5 total.

According to the scale, I'm two pounds less today than I was a year ago today. Some of that is probably fluid retention from yesterday's pizza, but at most it's about a 7 pound difference.
From July when I just started strength training to now, I'm very close to the same weight, but maybe a pound or two more now.
The "inches lost" is pretty minuscule, since it was more of subtle shifts than actual loss. My bum got higher. My lower stomach got flatter. But my waist and hips stayed about the same.0 -
Wow, that a big change in just a few weeks. I can't believe how much trimmer your mid-back is. Way to go!0

I would be fine with losing inches and not weight!! I am losing a little bit of weight and not too many inches.

Wow I suck at technology! I went to photobucket to upload my photos to put on MFP and managed to upload them but are unable to edit them at all. I looked on the pic heavy thread, but I can not get my pics to open like hers or even get the direct link to show like hers. If my pics don't show up then look on my profile:)

Hips: 38.5
Waist at largest: 35.5
thighs: 21.75
bicep: 10.5
Calves: 15
neck: 13
The second pics in each set are from Feb 19, 2012: 133lbs
Hips 36
Waist 32.75
thighs 20.5
bicep 10.5
neck: 12.5
The last pic is from April 21, 2012: 128lbs
Hips: 35.5
Waist: 29.75
Thigh: 20.0
Bicep: 10.25
Neck: 12.5
calves 13.75
There is only a 3lb difference from the first to the last, but as you can see it does not measure my progress:)

One month, one pound lighter two inches off my waist.
This is from weight training and lifting heavy. I work out 3 times a week and eat 1700-2300 calories a day.
Loving the results.
